How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping used. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Each order will be dispatched within a maximum of 4 working days but we usually dispatch them the next day if the volumes are not too high. The delivery will take 48 hours via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be sent via email to the customer*.
*This does not apply during special promotional events in foreign countries outside EU and UK. Please refer to the instructions given during those special occasions or do not hesitate to contact us via live chat or email.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Do TREADZ Shoes fit true to size?
Find out about your size!
It is highly recommended to measure your foot to avoid unnecessary returns.
Step 1: Place one or two sheets of paper against the wall depending on the size of your foot. Beware, the sheet of paper must stay flat and must not move.
Step 2: Place your foot against the wall and using a ruler, draw a line at the tip of your great toe.
Step 3: Measure the distance between the bottom of the sheet and the line.

International Ordering
Can I order from MyTREADZ.com if I live outside of the European Union.?
TREADZ ships online orders to Europe and the rest of the world. Bare in mind that International customers outside of the european union are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of all merchandise.
How much does shipping and handling cost on international orders?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Cost will vary depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Duty and tax fees will also be applied when your order reaches customs. Please review prices before placing your order.
Return & Exchanges / Refunds
If you wish to return your TREADZ, please follow the instructions below:
You may return the product as long as:
1. The product is unwashed and has not been worn.
2. The product is in its original undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
3. The content is complete.
For UK Customers:
Each shoe box sent to customers in the UK contains a prepaid slip with a Return & Exchange form allowing you to send back your TREADZ easily and free of charge. You will have 7 days after receiving the orders to send it back*.
For an exchange, please allow up to 10 business days between the return of your item and the receipt of the new order. You will get an email confirmation once the new pair is on its way out to you.
For a refund, it will be processed shortly after receipt. Please note the shipping fee will not be refunded.
* Offer only available for orders placed without a discount coupon. In this case please refer to the NON UK Customers section below.
For NON UK Customers:

Customers are responsible for shipping back the items to our warehouse. We strongly recommend you to add a tracking number to your parcel to avoid any problems.
For an exchange, please allow up to 10 business days between the return of your item and the receipt of the new order. We will pay for the shipping costs to send you the new pair of TREADZ and you will get an email confirmation once the new pair is on its way out to you. We do not take in charge shipping for returned items.
For a refund, it will be processed shortly after receipt. Please note the shipping fee will not be refunded.

How do I wash my TREADZ Shoes?
We've found that washing machines tend to eat loose change, socks and gum wrappers. We strongly recommend to hand wash them in cold water with a gentle detergent and let them air dry.
